A&E this upcoming Sunday is going to premiere the first episode of its five-part documentary God or the Girl?  If you want to see guys on the cusp of the priesthood struggling with their decision, this is your show. I happen to know several folks who faced this decision and chose, well, technically, the girl, but if you asked them they'd say it never was an either-or decision.

The title of this post is, of course, a Prince song, and the pendant to the left is his infamous symbol.  Over the years Prince has also written a number of songs on spiritual themes--such as the Easter-themed Anna Stesia (in Greek, "resurrection"), whose opening launches this funky Prince mix recently featured on YesButNoButYes.
